BLENDED CITRUS SHAKE
Consume this shake in the morning after you drink a cup of water to flush your system. This shake will stimulate your liver and begin to flush out toxins.

Pure one cup of water into your blender, add 1 lemon, 1 lime, and 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, 1 cloves of garlic, 1 tblspn of baobab. Blend at a high speed for about a minute until all ingredients are well combined.

BANANA DATES
An amazing cup of potassium, vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, prebiotics (which aids in digestion & feeds your many good microbes), a good source of many minerals and vitamins. This is a rich thick creamy beverage that will leave you feeling full and energetic. You can add this beverage to oatmeal to an oatmeal, or any porridge for breakfast, or just drink it on its own!

GREEN FEAST
A drink with kale and cucumber is always a good idea, it gives you increased energy, strengthen your immune system; boost your nutrition intake, and an excellent source of antioxidants.

Grapes (1/2 cup)
Water (1 cup)

PINEAPPLE BUZZ

Looking for a light buzz drink? Pineapple is a delicious fibre food with anti-inflammatory benefits with electrolyte-rich coconut water and fresh ginger to give you the pick me up you need! Combine the pineapple, ginger, and coconut water and blend until smooth.
Pineapple (two cups)
Ginger (1 inch or smaller)
Coconut water (one cup)

PURPLE LEMONADE

This is not quite the usual lemonade drink but with blueberry and grapes, it’s even more delicious. Blueberries are a great source of antioxidant, and add grapes for natural sweetness. You can’t go wrong with a cup of antioxidant!

lemon juice (half of one)

Juicing:

PROTECTOR
The skin of apples are rich in fiber, combined with delicious oranges that’s good for heart health. Add some ginger for a host of medicinal properties that you can’t just go wrong with it. If you are not feeling well, this vitamin C, antioxidant drink is what you need. Juice the apple first, followed by the ginger, and finish off with the citrus fruit.

KALE RULES
Kale likes to boost for its iron content as well as being a great detox food. You can juice both the leaves and stem of the kale. It’s helpful for your immune system, your metabolism, and hydration. Add lime and carrots to it, and you have yourself, a beverage that benefits the eyes as well!

DIGESTIVE TRICK
The sweet flavors of pineapples, papaya, and ginger adds a zing to the beverage. Pineapple and papaya contain enzymes that aid in digestion and to add ginger that relieves digestive issue will have your gut dancing. Juice the pineapple, then ginger, and papaya as follows.

VITAMIN C
Grapefruit gives this drink a small look of pink. These foods high in vitamin C fight off diabetes, cancer, and loves the immune system.

RELAXER
Lettuce has been known for sleep inducing properties, it’s a good source of everything leafy greens are known for, including lots of vitamin A. Adding cucumber, and apple and drinking this a couple of hours before bed can impart a calming effect.
